How can I integrate the TBH app on Freshdesk?

To use the TBH app for Freshdesk, you need to start by installing it from the Freshdesk marketplace. Next, create an account on the TBH website and enter the API key found on your Freshdesk profile. Log in to your account to begin using the app and translating tickets.

Who is an agent, and how do I add an agent?

An agent is a customer service representative from your team who will be answering queries for your customers. To add an agent, log in to the Translate By Humans app, go to Settings and click on Agent Permission. Select all the agents you would to give access and save changes.

How can my agents begin to translate tickets via the TBH app on Freshdesk?

Once agents log in, they will be able to read machine translations of tickets raised in their native language. They can then request responses to be translated for those tickets. Once an agent receives the translated response, it simply needs to be copied and sent to the customer.

By when and how will my agent receive the translation of a ticket?

Agents can view tickets and their status on the app dashboard. Once a translation is requested, depending on the size, the translated content will be available on the agent's dashboard in 6-48 hours.
