Collaboration – Impressed by the breadth of our capabilities, InterDesign made initial contact with us to try our translation services. Our ability to coordinate with their different departments & divisions to deliver diverse projects on time, has been the foundation of our on-going collaboration.

Our Approach – We’ve carefully chosen native language experts with many years of experience in product copywriting and translation. That, coupled with our competitive pricing model, encourages InterDesign to always remain loyal to our services!

InterDesign's Challenges

  • The team was struggling with translation accuracy which included a few incorrect or out of context translations on packaging labels
  • They required an LSP that would be less of an external entity and more of a business partner to enable top quality output
  • Communication with linguists was not transparent and they failed to discuss questions or concerns openly, which led to recurring mistakes
