What is Translate By Humans, and how does it work?

An online professional, quality translation agency – that is what we are! I Our key areas of focus are best quality, time efficiency and very minimal cost. Getting translation orders placed with Translate By Humans is very transparent, flexible and efficient for both – the clients as well as the translators. It is a simple three step process:

1) Select source and destination language (more than one target languages can be selected )
2) Enter text or Upload your file for translation
3) Define the type of your translation text

And send your text/file for translation. The text is immediately processed and sent over to the relevant, experienced translator registered with us. This is then translated and proof read by another equally experienced translator. The final translated text is then sent back to the client.

I am facing an issue in uploading file – What can I do?

If you are facing an issue/problem in uploading your translation text or file, then please drop us an email immediately at sales@translatebyhumans.com. We value our customers and we will definitely make sure that the issue is resolved as soon as possible.

How long will my translation take?

Generally we deliver projects within 24hrs. But the exact time of delivery depends on:

  • Type of text (complexity of project)
  • Size of project
  • Type of language pair(s)

How do I know when my translation is complete,
and how do I receive the completed document?

We are prompt in delivering our services to you. A confirmation email stating that your translation job is completed will bea sent to you along with the translated text/file attached by one of our project managers.

In which file format do I receive my translation?

Electronically readable document/text is sent back in the same format to the customer after translation. If the format of the original document is not electronically readable (ex. pdf files), the translated text/document will be sent back as plain text.
Note: Images or text on images are not included for translation. These will need to be sent separately to sales@translatebyhumans.com and will be charged extra for translation.

Can I cancel my order?

YES!! Customers can surely chose to cancel their orders any time BEFORE the translator starts working on it. Please bear in mind that projects which are under process cannot be cancelled.

What is your Refund policy?

We will give you a FULL RETURN of your money if any of the following scenarios have occurred:
Translations are not delivered on time
If due to any circumstances, we have not been able to deliver your translation project/job even 2 working days after the agreed deadline, and you raise a complaint against it, we will return your money.

You are not happy with Translations services delivered: – If you make a refund request on this basis, it will be dealt with on a case to case basis. For example if the team at Translate By Humans sends you a translated document which is not in your ordered target language, then you can ask for a refund

There are major errors in your Translated text/document: – If you find that there are fundamental errors in your translated document, then we request you to first indicate the issues and then ask for a corrected revision within the stipulated period and we will do that free of cost for you. If you are still not happy with the translation, then please raise a case with us and we will arrange a refund for you depending on your case. Please note that if you spot the mistakes and ask for refunds after the stipulated period, then we will not be able to refund your money. We will work on refunds for this reason on a case by case basis.

How do you guarantee quality?

Our translators are well experienced and well qualified. We, at Translate By Humans, adopt a very meticulous and thorough approach in selecting our translators. All of our translators fulfil the criteria below: - Each of our translator is a native speaker - Each of our translator has Degree level education or equivalent - Our translators have at least one year of translation industry experience - We register our translators only after receiving a positive reference by at least 2 of their clients - They should be a Member of a professional body or association acclaimed by the translation industry in their country

How much do you charge?

We charge only $0.10 per word for general text translation – this is irrespective of any source/target languages. And, there are no minimum charges, no hidden charges and no project management fees.

Does Translate by Humans have a minimum charge?

NO!! Translate By Humans does not ask for any minimum charges. You just pay for translation services and there are no hidden charges, no hidden taxes and no project management charges at all.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Due to strict security policies and to prevent any frauds, Translate By Humans accepts payments only via PayPal.

How secure is our website?

Our website is hosted by USA's leading hosting provider. The hosting environment is extremely secure and protected. It is monitored 24/7 and protected physically as well. All payment transactions are done on highly secure and trusted PayPal website. Also, our widespread Privacy Policy assures that all your information will be intact.
